Phase 1
Bridge Week
May 5 - May 11, 2026
  • Raise $114,000 to keep the doors open through end of year
  • Personal outreach from 5 anchor families for major gifts
  • Launch CanadaHelps page with tax-receipted giving
  • Confirm matching donor of $25,000 or more
  • Begin honouring deferred staff commitments
Phase 2
Stabilize the Quarter
May 12 - May 31, 2026
  • Close the $150,000 emergency campaign
  • Confirm Re-Enrollment commitments by May 15
  • Negotiate Grace Church rent into formal forgiveness or repayment plan
